The Red River crested at 41.7 feet at Drayton on April 9th and 49.7 feet at Pembina on April 13th. Highway 171 near St. Vincent had water running over it. Bridges across the Red River were closed due to high river levels at St. Vincent, Joliette, and Robbin.
