A severe thunderstorm blew down trees and power lines in the western part of Cecil County. Wind damage was reported in Conowingo, Perryville and Port Deposit.

A severe thunderstorm blew down trees and power lines in the western part of Cecil County. Wind damage was reported in Conowingo, Perryville and Port Deposit. About 8,000 homes and businesses lost power in Cecil and neighboring Harford County. All power was restored early in the morning on the 29th.
