High winds between Borrego Springs and Jacumba caused blowing dust and sand. A parked semi tractor-trailer was blown over on Interstate 8 just west of Jacumba. In Borrego Springs, steady winds near 60 mph blew over trees on to a house and parked cars. Several out buildings were also damaged or destroyed.
