A series of storms moved through Arizona over a 3 day period and produced the 3rd wettest March on record in Phoenix. The highest rainfall total in the Valley was 3.54 inches in Mesa. Sky Harbor Airport in Phoenix recorded 2.77 inches from Saturday night to Monday noon. Numerous accidents were reported as streets and intersections were flooded at times.
