A very deep low pressure system rolled up the Southern outer cpast of the Panhandle bringing high winds to the Southern and Central portions of Southeast Alaska. Peak winds included 66kt at Ketchikan Harbor, 61kt at Ketchikan airport tower, 60kt at Annette Island, 60kt at Hydaberg, 52kt at Sitka, 58kt at Cape Decision, 52kt at Juneau, and 57kt at Juneau Ranger Station.
