Heavy rainfall during the late evening hours on the 16th and the early morning hours on the 17th and then again on the 19th resulted in minor flooding on the Roanoke River at Randolph.The Roanoke River at Randolph crested two feet above flood stage at 1230 EST on the 18th, dropped below flood stage for most of the 19th and 20th before cresting a second time almost two feet above flood stage at 0600 EST on the 21st.
