Lightning struck a home in Minor Hill. The home was completely ravaged by fire. The home was located at 522 Jackson Clinic Rd.
Strong thunderstorm winds hit near the Parkland subdivision on the north side of Tullahoma toppling 12 to 15 trees. The largest tree fell on a 6-year-old Arabian mare. Even though she had no broken bones, she was never able to get up and had to be euthenized.
