Lightning struck a tree behind a Langhorne (Bucks County) house the morning of May 25th. The bolt travelled down the tree and into the house shattering light bulbs and rendering nearly every major appliance in the house useless.

Lightning struck a tree behind a Langhorne (Bucks County) house the morning of May 25th. The bolt travelled down the tree and into the house shattering light bulbs and rendering nearly every major appliance in the house useless. Other homes were struck by lightning in Bristol, Doylestown and Middletown Townships, but suffered little apparent damage.
