A Fire Captain in Loganville reported sighting a big black funnel cloud. Although he did not observe any damage, he witnessed the funnel touch the ground. The tiny tornado did cause damage to crops and trees near Red Lion at the end of its path. Hail of ping pong balls fell just prior to the storm, and a corkscrew pattern of damage was noted in a field with trees damaged nearby.
