Downburst winds struck across Jackson Township, taking down trees and utility poles as the storm moved southeast through the Country Acres Trailer Park and crossed Route 422, just west of Myerstown. A tree fell on a mobile home, providing the bedroom with a view of the sky. The owner, who was home at the time, was unhurt. Winds also blew part of a roof off of a barn and collapsed another. About 10 utility poles in a row were blown down across Route 422.
