Damaging Wind in Pennsylvania, August 26, 1998
A severe thunderstorm knocked down several trees in Birdsboro and Union Township. In Union Township, downed trees severely damaged one home (living room destroyed) and caused minor damage to four other homes.

A severe thunderstorm knocked down several trees in Birdsboro and Union Township. In Union Township, downed trees severely damaged one home (living room destroyed) and caused minor damage to four other homes. An uprooted tree took down phone lines and knocked out service to 10 homes. In Birdsboro, downed trees caused what was described as aesthetic damage to homes in a four block area.
