Lightning truck a tree in the Hillcrest Cemetery. The bolt cut all the bark off one side of the tree in an eight inch strip from the top of the tree to the ground. The strip of bark and wood landed on the ground at a right angle. Some pieces of bark and wood came to rest 100 feet away.
