Summary for September 1 1998:An isolated severe thunderstorm formed over extreme eastern Osage County and Washington County near Dewey. The storm formed in the vicinity of a weak stationary front. The storm caused some damage to trees. In addition, the Bartlesville airport (KBVO) reported a wind gust of 45 kts (52 mph).
