Flash Flooding occurred mainly on the Fort Bragg Military Reservation in northern Hoke county where 2.5 inches of rain fell in less than 2 hours. Nearly 2.0 inches of rain fell in Raeford. Streams and creeks came out of their banks and local drainage ditches became swollen creeks during the event.
