A squall line of severe thunderstorms produced wind damage mainly across the western half of Salem County. The greatest damage occurred in Carneys Point Township. Dozens of trailers and vehicles were damaged by downed trees within Handy's Trailer Park. Numerous trees were uprooted in Pennsville Township. Trees and wires were also knocked down in Woodstown, Lower Alloways Creek, Pilesgrove and Upper Pittsgrove Township. At least several vehicles and homes were damaged by the fallen trees.
