Strong gusty northwest winds following the passage of a cold front knocked down trees and limbs onto power lines across central and southeastern New Hampshire causing scattered power outages. Winds gusted to 46 mph in Portsmouth, 44 mph in Laconia, 43 mph in Concord and Manchester, 40 mph in Lebanon, and 37 mph in Berlin and North Whitefield.
