Severe Thunderstorms dumped heavy rain and large hail across a section of south-central Nebraska. Baseball sized hail was reported at Guide Rock, Stromsburg and near Shelby. Despite the hail, reports of significant damage were limited to the Polk county area where windows were broken and siding was damaged by the large hail. A trailer loaded with irrigation pipe was overturned just west of Grafton.
