Numerous severe thunderstorms raked across southwest Indiana producing widespread damge across Knox, Daviess, and Martin counties of southwest Indiana. Damage included numerous trees and power lines blown down. Near Montgomery, a trailor was tipped over and destroyed. Near Cannelburg, a 575 foot long turkey barn was destroyed. Near Logootee, a silo was blown down on a barn destroying it. At the same site, a garage was also destroyed by straightline winds.
