Thunderstorms with heavy rain developed and moved across rainsoaked areas overnight. Ponding of water on roadways and flooded drainage ditches were reported in Putnam County. From midnight to 3 AM a swath of 2 inch rainfall with isolated 3 inch amounts fell across Southern Rock Island, central Henry, Southern Bureau and most of Putnam Counties.
