Scattered thunderstorms dumped local heavy rains over south west Idaho, producing two flash floods. In Owyhee County a spotter reported part of Reynolds Creek Road washed out. In Boise County the Forest Service reported evidence that a flood had occurred on the Middle Fork of the Boise Road.
