Tornado in Arkansas, June 4, 1998
A WEAK TORNADO WAS SPAWNED ON THE WEST SIDE OF THE LITTLE ROCK AIR FORCE BASE. THE TORNADO MOVED THROUGH BASE HOUSING, CAUSING ROOF AND STRUCTURAL DAMAGE TO SEVERAL HOMES.

A WEAK TORNADO WAS SPAWNED ON THE WEST SIDE OF THE LITTLE ROCK AIR FORCE BASE. THE TORNADO MOVED THROUGH BASE HOUSING, CAUSING ROOF AND STRUCTURAL DAMAGE TO SEVERAL HOMES. FARTHER NORTHEAST, THE TORNADO HIT NEIGHBORHOODS ON THE NORTH SIDE OF JACKSONVILLE, DOWNING MANY LARGE TREES AND POWER LINES. SEVERAL TREES AND LARGE TREE LIMBS FELL ON HOUSES CAUSING MOSTLY ROOF DAMAGE. SOME STRUCTURAL DAMAGE WAS ALSO NOTED. THE TORNADO CONTINUED INTO EXTREME WESTERN LONOKE COUNTY.
