High Wind in Alaska, September 19, 1998
The remains of typhoon Stella moved north over Alaska, the associated weather front causing strong winds across the Alaska Range on the 19th. Strongest winds at Delta Junction were gusts to 63 mph, and at healy, gusts to 48 mph.
