Strong winds occurred over and adjacent to the Snowy Range and Laramie Range. A peak gust of 63 MPH was recorded 10 SE Wheatland at 0730. Arlington (38 NW Laramie) reported sustained winds of 41 MPH at 0500. Vedauwoo (30 W Cheyenne) reported sustained winds of 43 MPH at 0500.
