Langley Air Force Base (LFI) in Hampton recorded a wind gust of 61 mph. The Chesapeake Bay Bridge Tunnel and Cape Henry also recorded wind gusts of 61 mph. The Norfolk Naval Air Station (NGU) recorded a wind gust of 59 mph. Trees and power lines down throughout the area and some power outages.
