Widely scattered thunderstorms developed over the extreme southern Texas Panhandle, northwest portions of the South Plains, and the Rolling Plains on the evening of the 10th. An isolated severe thunderstorm moved east-northeast across northern Dickens County into southern and eastern Cottle County and produced dime- to nickel-sized hail.

Widely scattered thunderstorms developed over the extreme southern Texas Panhandle, northwest portions of the South Plains, and the Rolling Plains on the evening of the 10th. An isolated severe thunderstorm moved east-northeast across northern Dickens County into southern and eastern Cottle County and produced dime- to nickel-sized hail. Minor street flooding was also reported by the Paducah Fire Department in the city of Paducah.
