Thunderstorm winds caused widespread damage in and near Armour. The roof was blown off of the high school and the school sustained additional damage. A house sustained heavy damage when the roof of the school landed on it. Numerous other structures including many homes suffered damage. There was widespread damage to trees and power lines, and much of the damage to structures was caused by tree debris.
