Coordinates: 41.128, -78.999 (the zone’s center; the record gives no point)

A storm system moving slowly up the Atlantic Coast dropped heavy rainfall amounts to Jefferson County. The heaviest rainfall was in the southeast part of the county. A Skywarn observer reported 2.25 inches and basement flooding, 5 miles southeast of Reynoldsville. Many small streams went out of their banks in the southeast part of the county near Sykesville. Low-land and basement flooding also occurred. Sandy Lick Creek went out of its banks along Pancoast Road in Winslow Township. Stump Creek went out of its banks at Rt. 119 and Rt. 410 just northeast of the town of Big Run.
