A strong winter storm developed across the Gulf of Mexico and moved quickly north into Ohio. The storm brought an icy wintry mix of precipitation to parts of western Pennsylvania.Venango County Pennsylvania reported 2 to 3 inches of snow followed by a quarter inch coating of ice. One-quarter inch accumulation of freezing rain was also reported in Jefferson County Pennsylvania.
