Heavy lake effect snow fell across extreme Northeast Ohio. Whiteouts occurred countywide in Geauga County where Montville and Chesterland each received six inches of snow and Chester Township received 7 inches. In Lake County, Madison received six inches of snow and Pierpont, in Ashtabula County, received nine inches.
