Severe thunderstorms during the morning hours on the 2nd produced hail up to quarter size. Hail up to quarter size accumulated to a depth of several inches in Twin Oaks. Hail up to dime size damaged gardens and accumulated to a depth of two to three inches one mile northwest of Ferguson. In this same area, snowplows were used to help clear the roads of the hail.
