Heavy rainfall totals of 2 to 3 inches were observed over most of Northwest and West Central Missouri on February 20th into the 21st. As much as 4 to 6 inches of rain fell between Sedalia and Otterville, and 4.5 inches of rain was recorded at Rich Hill in Southern Bates County.
