Runoff from heavy rains caused minor flooding along the Farrington Highway in Maili. A mudslide closed one lane of the Moanalua Freeway in Honolulu near the Middle Street overpass. Honolulu IAP received 2.18 inches of rain in the 24 hours ending at 8 p.m. on the 23rd. This is one-tenth of the average annual rainfall for Honolulu IAP.
