Although the center of Nora tracked northward across Baja California and into Arizona...tropical moisture associated with Nora brought significant rainfall to the area. The heaviest rain fell in Los Angeles and Ventura counties with rainfall totals ranging from 0.50 to 0.75 inches at the coast to 1.00 to 1.75 inches in the mountains.
