The California Dept. of Transportation reported flash flooding along Highway 136 between Lone Pine and Highway 190. Flood waters also slammed into a home in Swansea smashing a horse trailer into a truck, destroying a well and demolishing a nearby historic ore smelter.
Flooding was reported in and just east of Lone Pine by two storm spotters.
