Thunderstorm winds blew down trees in the Staunton area. A small building was destroyed at a park. Wind gusts of 59 mph were reported in south central Augusta Co at 2010EST. Two automobiles were damaged by fallen trees in Lynndhurst, and a barn was destroyed as well. Another tree fell onto an unoccupied van in Waynesboro.
