Rainfall of between 2 and 4 inches in western Kerr County from the evening of the 27th through the early morning of the 28th produced flooding along the Guadalupe River from Hunt to just above Comfort.The flood crest reached 19.7 feet at Hunt, where flood stage is 12feet.
