Damaging Wind in Texas, July 24, 1996
Strong winds during the early morning hours of the 24th knocked off large branches near Tulia, uprooted two trees and downed large branches in Quitaque, felled a tree and blew out a few windows in Estelline, and blew down signs, awnings, and a few trees in Childress.
