Laredo DPS reported widespread flooding of local roadways and homes. Laredo DPS reported flooding across the southern part of the city, and on Interstate 35 at mile marker 22 in webb county with 5 inches of water covering the road. 4.14 inches of rain was received during this event in a 12 hour period at Laredo. Doppler radar storm total rainfall estimates were up to 6 inches across the warned area.
