Heavy rain of 2 inches in a hour produced flooding of Tijeras Arroyo in the Carnuel community between Tijeras and Albuquerque. Mud and debris damaged at least one home and washed away several corrals and goats. A Tijeras man was rescued by deputies just before his car was swept downstream.
