Thunderstorms with heavy rain caused minor flooding along the East Branch of the Brandywine Creek. Storm totals included 1.55 inches in Honey Brook. In Downingtown, the creek reached its flood stage of 7 feet at 700 p.m. EDT, crested at 7.4 feet at 8 p.m. EDT and was back within bankfull by 1015 p.m. EDT that evening.
