A Pacific storm moved onto the Oregon Coast and brought high winds to the Central and Southern Coasts. Winds gusted to 60 mph at Newport. Sustained winds were recorded at 40 mph at Cape Blanco. The North Oregon Coast also saw strong winds with Clatsop Spit gusting to 50 mph and Cannon Beach gusting to 55 mph.
