On the North Coast, Netarts reported sustained winds of 50 mph gusting to 70 mph, Newport 40 mph gusting to 75 mph and Tillamook 46 mph. On the Central Coast Sea Lion Caves reported 51 mph sustained winds with gusts to 75 mph.
