Several large trees were blown down on Old Dam Road near the intersections of HWYS 39 and 42 near Kenly. Church windows were broken out at Stancils Chapel at the intersections of NC-42 and NC-222 with extensive crop damage across northern sections of the county from near Clayton east to Kenly.
