An inch and a half to two and a half inches of rain in the Cooper River drainage basin caused minor flooding of the river overnight on the 19th. Rainfall totals included 2.38 inches in Somerdale, 1.9 inches in Pennsauken and 1.63 inches in Cherry Hill. The river reached its flood stage of 2.8 feet in Haddonfield at 730 p.m. EDT, crested at 3.03 feet at midnight and was back within bankfull at 215 a.m. EDT. No serious damage was reported.
