Thunderstorms with heavy rain caused poor drainage flooding and flooding of some of the smaller streams in western Camden County. New Jersey State Route 70 had three feet of water in several places. In Mount Ephraim, 1.8 inches of rain fell in 30 minutes. In Westmont 2.72 inches of rain fell between 905 p.m. and 1005 p.m. EDT.
