Damaging Wind in Nebraska, June 12, 1996
Winds gusting to 92 miles per hour were measured at the Omaha/Valley National Weather Service. Ten power poles snapped in front of the office, the roof was torn off a Valley convenience store, damage was done to several center-pivot irrigation systems, and there were trees uprooted in a 1 mile radius of the National Weather Service Office.
