A F1 tornado intially tounched down at Boulder City, 8 miles southeast of Neosho. It produced a nine mile intermittent damage path that extended from Boulder City to 5 miles northeast Stark City. Along its route, the tornado destroyed at least 5 outbuildings, broke windows in one home, and uprooted several trees.
