The Cass River at Frankenmuth went above its 17.0 foot flood stage at 1 am EDT on the 19th. The river crested at 20.7 feet at 1 pm EDT on the 20th, fell to near flood stage on the 21st, then went back to 22.3 feet at 9 pm on the 22d. The river finally went back below flood stage at 2 pm EDT on the 25th.
