Up to 8 inches of rain fell across Steuben County in a 6 hour period flooding many roads and producing minor flood damage to several residences. The heavy rains filled Hamilton Lake to capacity and a mobile home park had to be evacuated below the Lake due to fears that the dam at the lake could give way.
