Heavy rain from thunderstorms that developed in the Southeast corner of the state redeveloped in Twin Falls county. Three tenths of an inch fell in less than five minutes. The highway between Filer and Twin Falls City was submerged from the heavy rain. The streets in Twin Falls also sustained some flooding.
